Monsoon II

In the summer of 2019, my path led me to Thailand - including the two islands of Ko Lanta and Ko Phi Phi. Due to the strong monsoon, which I experienced there at this time of year, there was a constant change in color intensity and brightness. I really wanted to capture this impressive (and sometimes eerie) spectacle when I returned home. In this way, three very different pictures were created in terms of the color scheme - sometimes the colorful long -tail boats (R uea Hang Ya ) shone in the glaring sunlight after a heavy rain shower, sometimes they were simply swallowed up by the overpowering gray clouds.
